In the 2009/10 season, age 22, Kevin Pearce sustained a severe traumatic brain injury on December 31st, 2009 while training in the halfpipe in Park City, Utah. Recovering well and hoping to be back on snow as soon as possible, Kevin Pearce, still is one of snowboardings living legends – enlessly entertaining and inspiring to millions.
