Cacimba do Padre, Brazil — The Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) Prime Event Hang Loose Pro Contest restarted today with better but smaller waves. With 3 to 4 feet well shaped waves on offer the surfers started competing earlier on this Thursday, with the first heat going to the water at 7 o’clock. The organization’s goal was to run the first round during the morning and start the second round right after 1:00 pm, already at high tide.
