Identical twin brothers Jared and Taylor Thorne from California’s Huntington Beach are chasing the surfing dream in Newcastle at the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) CHIKO Pro Junior. And their Californian coastal neighbours, former professional surfer Richie Collins and his 11-year-old daughter Meah from Newport Beach, are also pursuing a life based around the elite level of competitive professional surfing.
