Eventually it transformed from his playground to his profession. He won countless events and accolades across a wide variety of watersports, including a slew of World Titles in windsurfing. He became one of the biggest names in the sport, using his mesmerizing skill to progress the sport into the attention of the mainstream. These days, he’s still stoked as ever and he still approaches the ocean with the child-like affection and obsession that drew him in to begin with.
