Just under a year in the making, CREDITS celebrates the diverse energy and personalities of the global women’s skate community directed by Shari White. With a talented cast led by three underground favorites — Una Farrar, Breana Geering, and Fabiana Delfino —the film highlights the unique, individual style and expression of a group of friends that skate, hang and travel together. Other featured riders, Beatrice Domond, Cher Strauberry, Clara Solar, Poppy Olsen, Helena Long, Adelaide Norris, Dayana Young and director Shari White herself.
Jason Polakow’s search for the perfect wave for windsurfing has just begun.
This time, he travels to Indonesia for a windsurf adventure like no other.
Jason’s true passion has always been chasing down some of the biggest waves and best surf conditions and he is the only wave-sailor to break away from full-time competition to challenge nature in its most extreme form. In February 2016 he became the first windsurfer to tackle the giant waves at Praia do Norte, near Nazaré, Portugal, saying: “This isn’t Maui, You don’t come out here for 20 fun waves. You come out and you feel good if you get one or two unbelievable rides.”
Despite never actually living in Long Beach, Hobie Doan is practically a local with how often he’s in town. He and LB local Forrest Hawk have been slowly collecting clips each time Hobie passed through town and they eventually stacked enough for this part. This is like organic, everyday Hobie right here.
