After a couple years of injury and ultimately back surgery for nerve damage…I finally had a breakthrough this last season on my snowboard at the ripe age of 43. The return of the straight rhythm influenced pumptrack saw a number of world class BMX athletes come and conquer, with the track almost perfectly suited to their impressively calculated and incredibly fast riding. The mountain bikers didn’t let them have it easy though.
The US Snowboard Team to Mt. Hood for a bluebird session up on the HCSC Glacier! Without a cloud in the sky all week, there was plenty of riding and skating to be had.
