Sept 8-10, 2017, the Town of Killington, VT welcomes the IDF World Cup downhill skateboarding & luge race. It is the last stop of the 2017 International Downhill Federation World Cup tour, the only North American World Cup of the year, and the fastest IDF racetrack at ~70mph for skateboard and over 80mph for luge.
The Indian brand has been away from professional Flat Track racing for more than 60 years but its Scout FTR750 has taken the manufacturers’ title at its first attempt.
A second place finish for Jared Mees at the Peoria TT clinched the title for Indian. Teammates Bryan Smith and Brad Baker finished in fourth and fifth places.
