Testing how fast the electric skateboard can go and exploring the Mojave Desert
Ian and his brother came down to San Diego from LA, so we met at San Elijo to surf. The waves were smaller than we had hoped for, but it was still a lot of fun. Apparently Ian was being too aggressive, because that surfer girl asked me to tell him to “stop paddle battling everyone” haha. (Sorry!)
Hadley Hammer is one of the lucky ones, lucky as in she grew up in the shadow of the Tetons. As a young grom she would stare at the cliff bands and chutes of Jackson Hole, terrified of their size and scale, only to crush those lines a few years later.
