Taj Burrow and Dane Reynolds suffered hits to their potential world title bids on Friday in France. Both surfers were eliminatedin Round Three of the Quiksilver Pro as the tricky conditions persisted.
Burrow was defeated by Daniel Ross (right), while Reynolds fell to Brett Simpson.
