Girl with cerebral palsy maneuvers sailboat by herself using a sip/puff straw system; 17-year-old completes sailing leg of Sea and Summit challenge
Natasha Lambert, 17, sailed more than 430 miles in 26 days to complete the sailing leg of her Sea and Summit challenge Tuesday along the southwest coast of England and Wales. Now she’s readying to climb the highest peak in Southern Britain, 2,907-foot Pen Y Fan.
It might not sound like much of an achievement…until you learn that Lambert was born with cerebral palsy.
