Late entry Leipheimer wins 69-mile men’s pro road race
Although the Sea Otter Classic attracts its share of mountain bike world titlists and Olympic medalists, it’s rare when top Tour de France riders compete. But in recent years, Levi Leipheimer has made a habit of unexpectedly registering at the last minute to pedal on the peninsula in mid-April.
