Kelia Moniz has claimed the 2013 ASP Women’s World Longboard title, after defeating Chelsea Williams in the Swatch Girls Pro China, at Wanning, Hainan Island.

Moniz, 20, has cemented her place in surfing history by becoming a two-time ASP Women’s World Longboard champion.
