Despite missing the first four events of the 2013 ASP World Tour due to injury, Fred Patacchia has come back with a new found plan and a string of consistent results. Currently 19th on the ASP World Title rankings, we caught up with the 30-year-old Hawaiian veteran while he was competing in the Quiksilver Pro France.
