USA Cycling announces dates for 13 national championship events

Colorado Springs, Colo. (September 24, 2013) — USA Cycling on Tuesday announced the dates and locations for 13 of its 17 2014 national championship events.

From Jan. 8-12, the 2014 USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Championships will be held at Valmont Park in Boulder, Colo.

The first road national championship is slated for May 2-4, when the USA Cycling Collegiate Road National Championships will be in Richmond, Va., doubling as a test event for the 2015 UCI Road World Championships. The country’s best professional road racers will return to Chattanooga, Tenn., from May 24-26 to compete in the Volkswagen USA Cycling Professional Road & Time Trial National Championships.
