In the biggest upset in windsurfing since Philip Köster was beaten in the Cold Hawaii final last year, Marcilio ‘Brawzinho’ Browne, from Brazil, beat Köster in the final of the 2013 PWA Cold Hawaii world cup in Klitmøller on Sunday.
