The second annual Surfing for Hope is this weekend, honoring cancer survivors across the Central Coast.
The event will begin at 4 p.m. on Friday, September 20 with a memorial paddle out at Avila Beach to honor friends and loved ones who have lost their battle with cancer. The paddle out is open to the community.
Following the paddle out, a classic beach boardwalk themed Benefit Dinner will take place at 6 p.m. at Avila Beach Golf Resort. The evening will include live music by the Zongo All-Stars, dinner by Chef Maegan Loring of Lido’s at Dolphin Bay, and an auction featuring surf-themed items … More
