Wait. He definitely saw it coming; he just couldn’t do anything about it. There he was, a race marshal running onto the course after the green bike from the first heat overcooked his motorcycle on the back corner. And as he’s dragging Green Guy off the course, he looks up and what does he see — another motorcycle taking the same narrow line, already sideways, barreling right towards him.
Boom, motorcycle and motorcycle and man impact at the same time. And our poor race marshal executes a perfect front flip into the air, over the second motorcycle, managing to land on his pelvis and getting right back on his feet. The second bike wasn’t so lucky … Pictures and more
