Earlier in the week, Oakley and Reef Check Foundation, an international nonprofit devoted to educating the public and governments about the value of coral reefs and rocky reef ecosystems, teamed up to teach Balinese school kids about the importance of conservation and the crisis facing our oceans.
After a great education session with Oakley athletes Bruce Irons, Jordy Smith, Gabriel Medina, Sebastian Zietz and Sage Erickson, everyone headed out to Keramas beach for a community clean up before the Oakley Pro got under way. Let’s take a closer look at the day.
