Mario Rodwald and Maxime Nocher have conquered the Almanarre Kite Master, the first stop of the Mini Kitesurf Tour Europe 2013, held in on the Côte d’Azur, France.

A total of 95 riders from over 14 countries competed in a full Freestyle event and eight counted course races.
