In less than one month, expert canoeists and amateur kayakers from across Michigan, adjoining states and Canada are expected to descend upon downtown Mount Clemens for Macomb County Public Works Commissioner Anthony V. Marrocco’s inaugural “Clinton River Canoe Classic.”
