Welcome to Distort. This is the show where we manipulate time in order to see things we might otherwise miss with the human eye.
To kick things off, hosts Mauricio and David chat with Olympic gold medalist Jonny Moseley about training on trampolines and watching slow motion footage as a tool to improve technique.
Training has come a long way from watching VHS frames, one still at a time. 2500 fames per second and on is the future of athletic analysis.
