With a predicted decrease in swell, the day six schedule underwent a last-minute shuffle, bringing all rounds of the Duct Tape Joel Tudor Invitational sponsored by Vans to today’s contest lineup.
The Boys Under 18, sponsored by Pacific Longboarder, wa the first division to enter the water a little after sun-up, showing already an incredibly high standard of the day’s events. Kai Ellice-Flint was the name echoing around the traps, after the young surfer unleashed stellar performance to confidently win his heat.
