SANTA CRUZ — Armed with 10 fresh Channel Islands surfboards, hours of offseason training and a goal to be Rookie of the Year, 21-year-old Nat Young of Santa Cruz says he’s ready to make his debut on the Association of Surfing Professionals World Tour.
