The former steel-city of Newcastle will host the 1st Annual Boogie-Fest at main beach on March 23 & 24.
The two-day event will include three divisions
Groms – both U/17 & U/15
Women
DK
Both the Women & DK divisions will be rated on the IBAA Rebel Pro Tour with $1000 prize money up for grabs in both catagories. The Groms divisions will feature stacks of prizes and sponsorship opportunities.Â
The weekend will showcase surf art and celebrate the rich history of the sport with a parade of original boards and material. The Saturday night will feature a band night for over 18’s and an art exhibition.
