Snowboard Skiing – Steamboat Springs Winter Carnival makes sense

might sound unlikely. And you don’t have to believe me. But I have been training for an event like Winter Carnival — mentally, at least — my whole life.

True, it snowed more than a few inches in North Carolina fewer than 10 times in the 22 years I lived there. True, I still have never been on a pair of skis. And true, it would take me about two hours longer to complete any of the Winter Carnival racing events than any other competitor…  More info
