Burleigh Heads, Australia — Queensland emerging young surfers stole the show at the Breaka Burleigh Pro on the Gold Coast today. Quinn Bruce (Coolangatta) at just 14 years of age he showed competitive experience way beyond his years by advancing to round three. Bruce came from behind late in the heat to jump from 3rd to 2nd place behind Japan’s Hirotio Arai in the four man heat to advance.
