“Manon says: After the race season finished I wanted to go away for a while (somewhere a bit warmer than South Wales!) to ride my bike for no reason other than to have fun, before getting stuck into training again. I’d always wanted to go to Malaga so I contacted Salva from The Bike Shuttle, rented an apartment, invited some friends down and packed my van with as many bikes as possible!!
Although it wasn’t all dream-living with about two weeks of rain in the month I was there, boys to look after and plenty of rookie tourist mistakes (we had a window smashed in a rental car, Jacob Gibbins ended up sleeping in a Police Station after getting lost in Malaga on a drunken night out and I had my phone, keys and cards stolen on the last night!) I would definitely recommend a holiday out there to anyone”
