Cape Hatteras is a barrier island off the coast of North Carolina. It’s known for it’s heavy beach break barrels, and ever-changing landscape due to it’s location in the Atlantic Ocean. Brett Barley calls Cape Hatteras home, and spends his time there getting shacked and finding ramps amongst the sandbars he grew up on. Here is a showcase of his typical Sept/Oct along the shifting sands of Hatteras.
