If you like racing games (particularly time trials), love unlockables, and don’t particularly care for physics, then Trackmania DS is the perfect game for you. As with the other games in this franchise the goal is to get around tracks as fast as possible, something which is easier said than done, as the slightest spinout or delayed reaction will be enough for you to miss out on that gold medal you are racing for. As a result, the game is all about repetition–racing a track over and over again against a ghost opponent (a timed speed run for you to judge yourself against) until you are learn the track and finish with a result you are happy with.
