PLYMOUTH — This year’s Great River Race will be a true tale of the tape for three veteran kayakers from Plymouth.
Alex Russo, Dave Arruda and Brett Muirhead, co-workers at Billington Sea Kayak, spent the last month building a duct tape kayak to enter into the annual race up the North River.
Russo will pilot the 19-foot pink and gray boat in the Aug. 18 race.
