The much-anticipated biography of flamboyant surfing legend Dewey Weber (1938-1993) is the inspiration for an exhibition at Surfing Heritage Foundation that will open to the public Sunday, September 30 and run through Sunday, November 4. Little Man On Wheels is the story of the coming of age of modern surf culture in Southern California.
