Santa Cruz — The second annual Rat Boy’s Rodent Rampage presented by O’Neill was met with perfect weather and good surf. As the 80 youthful competitors showed up at Steamer Lane on Saturday morning, excitement filled the air when they looked over the railing and saw perfect shoulder high waves lined up and peeling down the point.
