Boating and fishing supply retail giant West Marine, which has more than 340 stores, today opened the largest store in its 34-year history — a 30,200-square-foot prototype superstore near the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville.
“We targeted Jacksonville as a great market we wanted to do something special in,†said Bruce Edwards, West Marine executive vice president of stores and port supply.
