Surfers will do anything to catch a wave – even when they’re in a city.
And, despite being 500 miles away from the coast, these hardy surf dudes in Germany are no different.
Braving freezing cold water, they flock to Munich’s only chance of riding a board in the hope of catching a freak wave that reaches just 3ft.  … Great pictures, video and more
