A High Surf Warning is in effect 10 a.m. through 6 a.m. Thursday for North and West shores of all Hawaiian islands. High level surf has reached Kauai and will rise along North and West facing shores of the other islands tonight. Surf will be 25 to 35 feet along North facing shores and 15 to 25 feet along West facing shores.
