The winter months are known for many things, including people singing Christmas carols. Unfortunately for skaters there aren’t any holiday songs that including skating. At least there wasn’t until now. I decided to write two skate related carols all in the name of holiday cheer. You can sing them with your skate buddies the next time you hit the skatepark. The first one is called “Dashing to the Skatepark” and it’s designed to be sung to the tune of “Jingle Bells.” The second is called “New Skatepark” and it is meant to be sung to the tune of “White Christmas.” Here they are:
