Danica Patrick diced for the lead with several NASCAR veterans Saturday at Daytona International Speedway, but there was one she couldn’t catch.

Joey Logano led only the final lap of the Subway Jalapeno 250, winning his first Nationwide Series race of the season by snatching the lead from Elliott Sadler
