Santa Barbara — Stormy waves with sets about head high at Seaside Reef in Cardiff, Calif. provided challenging conditions for all the 36 surfers, skaters and snowboarders who competed at Stage 2, the surfing leg, of the Ultimate Boarder® Championship.
