The Brazilian University Surfing team swept the title this past Sunday, the 27th, in the III Pan American University Challenge at the Beach of the Future, in Fortaleza, Brazil. They did well in the International Challenge defeating the team of Portugal. The victory was taken by Cearense natives, Phelipe Maia and Rafaela Bahia, components of the Brazilian delegation. As the technician of the Brazilian team, João Carlos Fera, who also is of Ceará, said, ” This was a nice victory, it showed how much University Surfing has gained in skill in last years “, this indicated Fera.
