MOST PEOPLE who see him rolling along the roads and trails of Marin have no idea they’re in the presence of cycling royalty.

Otis Guy was there at the beginning, back in the days when Gary Fisher, Joe Breeze, Charlie Kelley and the rest of the renegades hauled their klunkers up Mount Tamalpais and hauled ass all the way down.
