Racing quads is a family affair for the Tedescos of West Leechburg.
Leslie Tedesco’s oldest daughter, Zara, 9, races competitively, as does her middle son, Tommy, 7. The youngest son, Carlo, 5, rides for fun and wants to start competing.
So it should come as no surprise that Tedesco supports legislation introduced in the U.S. House this week that seeks to stop a federal “lead law” from effectively banning the sale of kids’ dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles beginning May 1.
