INDIANAPOLIS – The Hoosier Mountain Bike Association has donated $1,000 to help eradicate invasive species from Brown County State Park.

The mountain bike group has been working with the Brown County Native Woodlands Project to eliminate Japanese stiltgrass, an invasive plant that has spread throughout the park along hiking, biking and horse trails. It also shows up along roadsides, creek beds and fire roads.
