The Joel Tudor Duct Tape Invitational Presented by Vans went down October 14 and 15 at legendary Ditch Plains in Montauk, NY, with 16 of the best longboarders in the world riding 12-lb, single fin leashless boards along with some serious style and nose riding all for a $10,000 purse.
Thursday’s opening rounds saw just enough surf for the guys to pull off a variety of maneuvers, while Friday’s early morning finals picked up with waist to chest high waves and strong side offshore winds, making for a solid finish.
