GRAVEL SWITCH — After 17 years of drag-racing toilets, it looks like the annual Outhouse Blowout at Penn’s Store might be running out of steam.
In previous years, the historic general store’s latrine-based competition attracted an average of 2,500 people — enough to fill the field in front of the store with hundreds of vehicles.
