After graduating from Pepperdine University with a degree in advertising, where she interned with MTV, Candy Harris began her career as a grip at Smashbox Studios, a premier photo studio in Los Angeles. It was a perfect complement to her studies, which included a focus in fine art photography, but it wasn’t exactly what she was looking for.
