For the first time in the history of the PKRA there will be two World Cup events in the Canary Islands. Starting with the world famous and oldest PKRA event, the Fuerteventura Kiteboarding PKRA Super Grand Slam (Aug 3-7), who is celebrating its 25 year of World Cup competitions. Immediately following Fuerteventura, the island of Tenerife will host the brand new Tenerife kiteboarding World Cup (Aug 10 -15). Tenerife will have the much anticipate wave riding world cup discipline as well as a freestyle qualifier event.
