LAKE HAVASU CITY – Desert Storm in 2010 crowned a new “King of the Desert” Saturday

Jeff Stevenson of Winneconne, Wisc., Aboard his 50-foot Mystic Catamaran boat, sped along Lake Havasu at a top speed of 175 miles per hour.

The Shootout, part of the 2010 Desert Storm Poker Run, sees boats start in Thompson Bay and head south at top speed. They have one mile to post the fastest mark possible … Details
