BMX Racing – 20 riders attend USA Cycling’s JDP camp sponsored by Intense BMX

Chula Vista, Calif. (April 12, 2010) – Twenty aspiring riders, ages 15 and 16, attended the third 2010 USA Cycling Junior Development Program (JDP) camp sponsored by Intense BMX, which was held last week at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif. 

The goal of these JDP camps is to bridge the gap between traditional BMX racing and the Supercross style found at World Cups and the Olympic Games. Chula Vista’s Olympic Training Center is home to the nation’s only Supercross track and it provides an optimal training environment for future Olympians  …  Details
