BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. – April 7, 2010- For the past seven years, Breckenridge Ski Resort has hosted the Massive Rail Jam benefit for Matt Wyffels. Matt was a competitive snowboarder who was paralyzed eight years ago. Since his paralysis Matt has learned to walk and even snowboard again, despite his doctors’ prognosis that he never would.
This year Matt is paying it forward with 100% of entry fees going to another injured snowboarder, Kevin Pearce. Kevin is recovering at Craig Hospital (Englewood, CO), the same hospital Matt spent time after his injury.
