Downhill Snow Skiing – Vonn leads downhill training at Val d’Isere

World champion Lindsey Vonn of the United States led the opening training session for a World Cup downhill event on Wednesday.

Vonn finished in 1 minute, 44.52 seconds on the Oreiller-Killy course, 0.27 seconds ahead of Elisabeth Goergl of Austria.
